We were sitting there one day sharing a bottle of red and nibbling on a lovely plate of bread, cheese, and of course olive tapenade. When inspiration struck Steven. "You know what would make this tapenade even better?" he exclaimed. "A little sweetness! I'm going to add some figs to the mix." And so the Fig & Olive Tapenade was born.
